Hello Jaguar Family! My name is Angelica Nobles and this is my seventh year teaching the cutest little learners at NTxCA! I am so excited to move to second grade this year and see so many familiar faces. I have coached our amazing pep squad for the last six years. I am from Houston, Texas and moved to North Texas for college. I attended Texas Woman's University and graduated in 2016 with a degree in sociology. I am certified in Special Education and Early Childhood and English as a Second Language. I earned my Master's Degree from Oklahoma Christian University in Curriculum and Instruction in the spring. I am proud to have received a Master Teacher Designation from the state of Texas in 2023. I live in North Fort Worth with my amazing husband and our 6 year old son Austin. We share custody of my 13 year old bonus daughter Asia. My hobbies include trying new food with my husband, reading my kindle, and dancing. Teaching is my calling and I'm so excited for this year.

Unit 09: Investigating Life Cycles (10 Days)

Unit 08: We will explore how animals and plants are built and how they behave!

This means we’ll investigate the body parts and behaviors that help living things survive in their environments. We’ll learn how animals use their body structures—like beaks, claws, or fur—and how plants have parts that help them grow and live. We’ll also act like scientists by observing, asking questions, and making predictions as we learn.

Unit 09: We will discover how living things grow and change!

This means we’ll explore the life cycles of animals and plants—from birth to adulthood. We’ll learn that all living things go through stages, and we’ll compare how different organisms grow and change over time. We’ll use observations and models to show what we learn!
