Me at 5 years old!

This is a picture of me when I was in kindergarten, and my little brother Todd, who is also a teacher. 

Hello, my name is Brandi Fisher.  I teach 1st grade for North Texas Collegiate Academy - South Campus.  I have taught for NTxCA since 2005.   One thing I love about my school is our family-friendly atmosphere! 

I have always loved teaching! In high school, I tutored other students, volunteered as a "peer helper" in a county youth shelter, and in college, I coached gymnastics.

 I am currently a mom to 4 boys, Ian, Gavin, John, and Nathan.   I am also a grandma to 3 beautiful little girls, Cleo, Isabel, & Gabriella.  My family loves to spend our free time camping, fishing, and enjoying nature.

Being a teacher is not what I do, it's WHO I AM!
