Serving as Director of School Improvement/School Safety Director since I arrived at North Texas Collegiate Academy in 2015, I believe we have one of the best school models in Texas, where we truly serve the whole child. We focus on academics, character, and community service in all aspects. I am proud of the services we offer our students, staff and families, where we try not to leave any stone unturned to meet the needs of all our stakeholders.

I have trained more than 5,000 Administrators, Teachers and Board Members in various focus areas such as School Improvement, Professional Learning Communities, Crucial Conversations, Influencer Training, School Board Training, 5E Instructional Model, Instructional Strategies, Response to Intervention, Drop Out Prevention, Behavior Management, ELPS Language Strategies, Capturing Kids’ Hearts, as well as numerous other learning opportunities related to helping school stakeholders achieve high levels of success. My passion for education is doing whatever it takes to help students in schools prepare for life after they leave our schools.
